Nick DeMarte, SEC is an investor and licensed real estate broker with NJD Strategic Advisors, LLC specializing in investment properties and creative problem-solving. He has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including development, re-positioning, management, syndications, and investment counseling. Nick has also owned small businesses and has extensive experience in the daily management of retail and service businesses. Nick has been involved with many service organizations over the years and is currently the President of the National Ice Hockey Officials Association.

Nick is also a member of the Society of Exchange Counselors consisting of approximately 100 investment brokers from various parts of the country who have proven their skills at solving clients' problems. The Society is considered one of the most knowledgeable groups of real estate professionals in the country and meets six times a year providing clients National exposure to market real estate using a problem-solving format.
